This is a great recipe for those who doesn't like to spend too much cooking. This bisquick fried fish fillet is great for kids.
Ingredients:- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 ounces beer
- 2 lbs fish fillets
- oil (for frying)
- Firstly, heat the oil to 375 degrees F.
- Then combine the dry ingredients; add beer to get a sticky consistency for dipping.
- Then, salt the fish and dip in batter.
- Deep fry until fish is golden brown.
