Fried Fish Fillet

This is a great recipe for those who doesn't like to spend too much cooking. This bisquick fried fish fillet is great for kids.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 ounces beer
  • 2 lbs fish fillets
  • oil (for frying)
Directions:
  1. Firstly, heat the oil to 375 degrees F.
  2. Then combine the dry ingredients; add beer to get a sticky consistency for dipping.
  3. Then, salt the fish and dip in batter.
  4. Deep fry until fish is golden brown.
