Spicy Chicken Breast with Butter and Heavy Cream

It is almost Valentine's Day and if you would like to impress your cooking skills to your girlfriend / boyfriend or husband / wife, this recipe is the one for you. It doesn't take much time to do but it takes a little effort from your side. Remember to practice a few times before cooking for your love ones and I hope you will enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup butter, divided
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
  1. Firstly, combine the seasonings and coat the chicken breasts evenly.
  2. Then in large saute pan, melt half of the butter and cook chicken over medium heat for about 7 to 8 minutes.
  3. Pour in the cream and lower the heat.
  4. Continue to stir until the sauce thickens and then add the remaining butter.
  5. Once the butter melts, plate up the chicken breasts and top it with the sauce.
