Fish Fillets with Parmesan Cheese

If you love cheese with fish, this is one recipe you must have. The steps in this recipe is quite similar to cooking fish and chips but the ingredients used are slightly different. If you like your fish spicy, add more paprika. If you like more parmesan cheese, add more parmesan cheese. Feel free to change the ingredients if it doesn't suit your taste. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
  • fish fillets
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper
Directions:
  1. Firstly, beat the eggs and milk in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Then in a zipper bag combine the breading ingredients.
  3. Dip the fillets in egg one by one and shake off the excess.
  4. Immediately coat it with breading in bag.
  5. Thereafter, bake uncovered on an oiled baking sheet at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
